What’s the biggest point of ‘failure’ in the recruitment process? Here’s my answer…

After lots of years experience in recruitment the biggest point of failure is the initial out reach/engagement with a potential candidate, i.e. in simple terms communicating with a potential candidate and getting them interested in your vacancy.

Hence, in the current candidate short market, how could you improve that initial reach to a potential candidate?
